A non-verbal signal should also be established, such as raising a hand or repeatedly tapping. Both adults must understand the signal and respond without hesitation.

Safewords should support attentiveness rather than replace it. Visible distress, panic, significant pain, bleeding or difficulty communicating are reasons to stop, even when the agreed word or signal has not been used.

Hygiene and Protective Barriers

Cleanliness and protective barriers are particularly important because delicate vaginal or rectal tissue can be irritated or injured. NHS guidance recommends wearing latex gloves and using plenty of water-based lubricant for vaginal and anal fisting. Non-latex gloves may be considered where a latex allergy is present.

Hands and wrists should be clean, nails should be smooth, and rings, watches or other jewellery that could scratch the skin should be removed. A fresh glove should be used when changing between different body areas or participants.

Gloves should be inspected before use and replaced if damaged. Anything used for anal contact should not subsequently be transferred to the vagina without appropriate cleaning and a completely new protective barrier.

Lubrication, Pace and Physical Comfort

Fisting should be gradual and responsive. Plenty of suitable lubricant can reduce friction, but it does not remove the need for patience, communication and personal control. NHS sexual-health guidance specifically recommends water-based lubricant alongside protective gloves.

Sharp or persistent pain, panic, numbness, unexpected bleeding or the feeling that something is wrong are reasons to stop rather than continue. Continuing through significant discomfort can increase the possibility of injury.

Aftercare and Medical Concerns

Aftercare may include privacy, washing facilities, water, rest, reassurance or a calm conversation about how the experience felt. Some adults appreciate emotional closeness afterwards, while others prefer quiet personal space.

Any unusual vaginal bleeding after sexual activity should be assessed by a GP or sexual-health clinic. Rectal bleeding, continuing anal pain or symptoms that are worsening also require medical advice. Heavy bleeding, severe pain or other alarming symptoms require urgent medical attention.

The £100 fisting supplement is charged in addition to the selected companion’s normal appointment rate.

The complete price may include:

• the companion’s standard rate;
• the £100 supplement;
• the selected appointment duration;
• the London location;
• applicable travel expenses; and
• any other arrangements confirmed beforehand.

The full cost should be agreed before the appointment is finalised. Payment never overrides consent or guarantees that the experience will proceed if either person becomes uncomfortable.
