Please read them carefully before using the website.

References in these terms to “Bunnys of London”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the legal person or organisation operating the website.

Bunnys of London is an adult website intended solely for people aged 18 or over.

By accessing or using the website, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements;
  • it is lawful for you to access adult content in your location;
  • you are using the website voluntarily; and
  • all information you provide is accurate.

Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, applying for a profile or attempting to arrange a reservation.

We may request reasonable proof of identity or age and may refuse access or assistance where age or identity cannot be established.

Bunnys of London provides adult-profile advertising, introductions, communications assistance and administrative booking support.

Profiles are presented to help adults make informed enquiries regarding the lawful time and companionship of independent adult providers.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing:

  • Bunnys of London is not the employer of a featured provider;
  • each provider determines or approves her own availability;
  • each provider sets or approves her own rates;
  • each provider establishes her own personal boundaries;
  • each provider decides whether to accept an enquiry;
  • each provider may refuse or end an appointment; and
  • each provider determines which lawful activities, if any, she is comfortable undertaking.

No profile, website description, enquiry, reservation, payment or confirmation creates an entitlement to sexual or intimate activity.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as an offer, promise, requirement or guarantee that any particular private activity will take place.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use Bunnys of London to request, advertise, arrange, encourage or facilitate:

  • activity involving anyone under 18;
  • human trafficking or modern slavery;
  • forced, coerced or exploitative activity;
  • violence, threats, intimidation or harassment;
  • activity involving a person who lacks the freedom or capacity to consent;
  • unlawful drugs, weapons or criminal conduct;
  • non-consensual recording or photography;
  • the publication of another person’s private information; or
  • any other unlawful activity.

Bunnys of London does not arrange, require, guarantee or knowingly accept payment for unlawful conduct.

We may refuse assistance, suspend access, remove content, preserve relevant records or contact the appropriate authorities where we reasonably suspect exploitation, coercion, violence, fraud or another serious safeguarding concern.

All interaction between adults must be lawful, private, voluntary and consensual.

Consent must be:

  • freely given;
  • informed;
  • specific;
  • ongoing; and
  • capable of being withdrawn at any time.

Payment, a profile description, a previous appointment or a confirmed reservation does not constitute automatic or continuing consent.

Every provider has the right to establish boundaries, change her mind, refuse a request or terminate an appointment. Clients must respect all boundaries and safer-working requirements without pressure, negotiation, intimidation or complaint.

We take reasonable steps to present profile information accurately. However, profile information may be supplied or approved by the featured provider and may change without notice.

This can include:

  • photographs and videos;
  • age;
  • appearance;
  • location;
  • availability;
  • working hours;
  • rates;
  • preferences;
  • profile characteristics; and
  • review information.

Although we may undertake identity, age or image checks, the use of terms such as “verified” does not amount to a guarantee of every statement contained within a profile.

Photographs may be recent but appearance can change. Some images may be edited for lighting, cropping, privacy or presentation.

Suspected inaccurate, misleading or unauthorised profile content should be reported to:

admin@bunnysoflondon.co.uk

A reservation form, telephone call, email, text message or other communication is an enquiry only.

Submitting an enquiry does not:

  • guarantee availability;
  • create a confirmed appointment;
  • oblige a provider to accept;
  • guarantee a particular location or duration; or
  • create an entitlement to any particular activity.

An appointment is confirmed only when the relevant details have been accepted and confirmation has been communicated to you.

You may be asked to provide:

  • your name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • the requested profile name;
  • preferred date and time;
  • approximate duration;
  • meeting location; and
  • other information reasonably required to assess the enquiry.

You must provide accurate information. We may cancel or refuse an enquiry where details are false, incomplete, inconsistent or cannot reasonably be verified.

Every enquiry remains subject to the provider’s individual acceptance.

A provider may decline an enquiry or appointment for any lawful reason. She is not required to explain a personal safety decision.

Availability shown online is indicative and may change because of:

  • another confirmed appointment;
  • travel disruption;
  • illness;
  • personal circumstances;
  • safety concerns;
  • location changes; or
  • website-update delays.

Bunnys of London does not guarantee continuous or immediate availability.

9. Rates and additional costs

Unless clearly stated otherwise, rates shown on the website are quoted in pounds sterling and relate to the provider’s time and companionship.

The final amount should be confirmed before an appointment.

Additional costs may apply where agreed in advance, including:

  • travel outside the provider’s normal area;
  • taxis or other transport;
  • hotels;
  • flights;
  • accommodation;
  • extended waiting time; or
  • other reasonable expenses connected with the requested arrangement.

No additional agency fee, deposit, travel charge or expense should be payable unless it has been clearly communicated and accepted before confirmation.

Rates and expenses may change, but a change will not normally affect an appointment that has already been confirmed unless both parties agree.

The required payment method, recipient, timing and amount will be explained during the confirmation process.

Depending on the arrangement, payment may be made:

  • directly to the independent provider;
  • to Bunnys of London for a separately identified administrative service;
  • to a third-party payment provider; or
  • as otherwise clearly agreed before confirmation.

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, you will be told:

  • who will receive it;
  • what it covers;
  • whether it is refundable;
  • when it may be retained; and
  • how any balance is to be paid.

You must not send payment-card details, banking passwords or unnecessary financial information through an ordinary contact form, email or messaging service.

Bunnys of London is not responsible for payments sent to an unauthorised person or account contrary to the payment instructions provided.

Please provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or changing an appointment.

A cancellation charge may apply where it was clearly disclosed and accepted before confirmation. It may reflect reasonable losses such as:

  • transport already booked or used;
  • non-refundable travel tickets;
  • hotel expenses;
  • time specifically reserved; or
  • other costs reasonably incurred in reliance on the confirmed arrangement.

We will not impose an undisclosed or disproportionate cancellation charge.

Where a deposit has been paid, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be explained before payment is accepted.

Failure to attend without notice may result in the loss of an agreed deposit and refusal of future booking assistance.

You should notify us promptly if you expect to be late.

The provider is not required to extend an appointment beyond the originally agreed finishing time. Where an extension is available, any additional amount must be agreed before the appointment is extended.

Significant lateness or failure to communicate may be treated as a cancellation or non-attendance.

A provider who is delayed should make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay. Where a substantial delay makes the arrangement impractical, the parties should discuss rescheduling or any appropriate refund of an amount paid in advance.

An appointment may be cancelled because of illness, emergency, safety concerns, travel disruption, inaccurate client information or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where a confirmed appointment is cancelled by the provider or Bunnys of London, any deposit received specifically for that appointment will normally be:

  • refunded by the person or organisation that received it; or
  • transferred to a rearranged appointment with your agreement.

A refund may exclude a genuine third-party expense that was clearly disclosed as non-refundable before it was incurred, provided the expense cannot reasonably be recovered.

We do not guarantee that an alternative provider will be available.

Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or consumer rights that apply by law.

Where you enter into a distance contract directly with Bunnys of London for a paid service, you may have a statutory cancellation period.

Where you expressly request that a paid service begins during an applicable cancellation period:

  • you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed; and
  • you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, provided the required request and acknowledgement were properly obtained.

Online service businesses must provide required pre-contract information, and service contracts started during a cooling-off period require an express request before proportionate charges can be made.

These rights apply only where the relevant legislation covers the particular contract. Separate arrangements made directly with an independent provider may have different legal and contractual consequences.

Clients must act respectfully, safely and lawfully.

You must not:

  • threaten, harass, intimidate or abuse a provider or member of staff;
  • pressure anyone to exceed a stated boundary;
  • arrive with an undisclosed additional person;
  • possess a weapon during an appointment;
  • provide or pressure another person to take illegal drugs;
  • deliberately conceal relevant safety information;
  • photograph, film or record without express permission;
  • publish private messages, images or contact details;
  • use false identity, contact or payment information;
  • attempt to avoid an agreed payment;
  • damage property;
  • behave in a discriminatory or degrading manner; or
  • continue an interaction after consent has been withdrawn.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in immediate termination, refusal of future assistance and reporting to appropriate authorities or safety organisations where lawful and necessary.

All users must make sensible personal-safety decisions.

Bunnys of London may provide communication and administrative assistance, but it cannot supervise private meetings or guarantee the conduct of another adult.

Do not proceed with an appointment where you feel unsafe, pressured, uncertain or unable to communicate clearly.

In an emergency, call 999.

Anyone applying to be featured on the website confirms that:

  • she is at least 18 years old;
  • participation is voluntary;
  • all supplied information is accurate;
  • submitted photographs and videos depict her;
  • she owns the content or has permission to use it;
  • publication will not infringe another person’s rights;
  • she is entitled to work in accordance with applicable law; and
  • she understands what information will be displayed publicly.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

We may request identity, age and content-verification information before publishing or continuing to display a profile.

Applicants and featured providers remain responsible for notifying us when profile information, availability, rates or circumstances change.

Where you submit photographs, videos, text or other profile content, you grant Bunnys of London a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, crop, format and display that content for the purposes of operating and promoting your profile and the website.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content.

You may request removal of your profile content, subject to:

  • reasonable processing time;
  • temporary backup copies;
  • records required for complaints, legal claims or compliance;
  • content already lawfully published by third parties outside our control; and
  • any separate written agreement.

We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, unauthorised, poor quality, unsafe or inconsistent with our publishing standards.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain:

  • false or misleading statements;
  • threats or harassment;
  • private contact details;
  • unlawfully obtained images;
  • discriminatory abuse;
  • defamatory allegations;
  • unnecessary intimate or medical information; or
  • information identifying another person without permission.

We may request reasonable evidence that an appointment occurred.

We may reject, edit or remove a review for privacy, safety, relevance, legal or moderation reasons. Any editing should preserve the substantive meaning of the review.

Publication of a review is not an endorsement of every statement it contains.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • interfere with security or normal website operation;
  • scrape or systematically extract profile information;
  • copy profile images for another website;
  • impersonate another person;
  • create misleading links or cloned pages;
  • use automated systems to submit enquiries;
  • harvest contact details;
  • use the website for spam; or
  • test vulnerabilities without written permission.

We may block access, restrict functionality or take legal action where misuse occurs.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, logo, text, graphics, databases and original content are owned by or licensed to Bunnys of London.

You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, alter, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Limited quotations and links may be permitted where they are fair, lawful, accurately attributed and do not suggest an endorsement or commercial relationship that does not exist.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Bunnys of London Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect confidential information, but no internet, email, telephone or messaging system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not make an absolute guarantee of anonymity or confidentiality. Information may need to be disclosed:

  • to service providers operating under appropriate obligations;
  • to process an enquiry;
  • with the individual’s authority;
  • to investigate fraud or safeguarding concerns;
  • to establish or defend legal claims; or
  • where required by law, a court or an appropriate authority.

Users must not publish another person’s private communications, images, identity or contact information without lawful authority and permission.

The website may use or link to independent services including:

  • payment processors;
  • messaging platforms;
  • analytics providers;
  • social-media services;
  • map services; and
  • external websites.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or conduct of an independent third-party service. A link does not necessarily mean that we approve or endorse the third party.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but continuous access is not guaranteed.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw parts of the website for:

  • maintenance;
  • security;
  • technical problems;
  • legal compliance;
  • content updates; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for minor interruptions or temporary unavailability that could not reasonably have been avoided.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of statutory consumer rights; or
  • any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where you are acting as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that:

  • was not foreseeable;
  • was caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or a third party;
  • resulted from a provider’s independent decision;
  • arose from conduct outside our reasonable control;
  • resulted from your unlawful or prohibited conduct; or
  • relates to business or commercial use where you are acting as a consumer.

Bunnys of London cannot guarantee the conduct of independent adults during private interactions.

Consumer contract terms and notices must be fair, transparent and must not attempt to remove mandatory consumer protections.

We may refuse an enquiry, suspend access or stop providing assistance where we reasonably believe that:

  • these terms have been breached;
  • information supplied is false;
  • payment fraud is suspected;
  • a person poses a safety risk;
  • abusive or threatening conduct has occurred;
  • unlawful activity is being requested;
  • a provider has asked us not to accept further enquiries from that person; or
  • refusal is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, staff or the website.

Where practical and appropriate, we may explain the reason. We are not required to disclose confidential safety information or information that could place another person at risk.

Questions or complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the relevant profile name;
  • the date of the enquiry or appointment;
  • a clear description of the concern; and
  • any relevant evidence.

We will review complaints fairly and may request further information.

Submitting a complaint does not remove any statutory rights or prevent you from seeking independent advice.

We may update these Terms and Conditions where the website, services, operating practices or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not normally apply retrospectively to a confirmed contract unless required by law or agreed by the relevant parties.

If a court or competent authority decides that part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The affected provision will be treated as modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

A delay or failure by Bunnys of London to enforce a provision does not mean that the provision has been waived.

These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual dispute connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right allowing proceedings to be brought in another part of the United Kingdom or another applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection available to a consumer.
