Rimming Receiving £30 Extra

Rimming Receiving Experience – £30 Extra

Rimming, also known as anilingus or oral–anal contact, involves stimulation of the external anal area using the mouth and tongue. Within this category, receiving means that the companion may be open to receiving this form of attention from the client.

The companions displayed on this page may consider receiving rimming for an additional £30, subject to their current availability, sexual-health policies, personal preferences and explicit consent.

The £30 is a supplement added to the selected companion’s standard appointment rate. It is not the complete cost of the meeting, and the full price should be confirmed before the appointment.

Appearing within this category does not guarantee that the experience will proceed. The companion may decline or withdraw the option because of hygiene, health, comfort, personal chemistry or consent concerns. Payment never removes her right to change her mind.

Understanding the Receiving Dynamic

During a rimming-receiving experience, the companion is the person receiving oral contact from the client. This is different from a category in which the companion provides rimming to the client.

The preferred experience can vary considerably between individuals. Details may include:

whether direct contact or a dental dam is required;
the pace and approximate duration;
the companion’s preferred position;
whether additional touching is acceptable;
areas that remain off limits;
hygiene and preparation requirements;
the client’s oral-health condition; and
how the companion will communicate adjustments or ask to stop.

Consent to receive rimming does not automatically include fingering, penetration, toys, restraint or any other related activity. Every separate form of contact requires its own discussion and agreement.

Discussing the £30 Option Respectfully

Rimming can be discussed openly without using demanding or unnecessarily graphic language. A respectful enquiry may simply ask whether the companion is currently open to considering the £30 receiving option.

Before confirming the appointment, it may be helpful to clarify:

whether the option is currently available;
whether a dental dam will be required;
showering and hygiene expectations;
whether the client has cuts, sores or oral-health concerns;
the companion’s preferred pace and positioning;
whether any additional contact is permitted;
the agreed safeword or stop signal;
circumstances that would cause the option to be withdrawn; and
the complete appointment price.

The companion’s requirements should be treated as conditions of the arrangement rather than an invitation to negotiate. She should never be pressured to remove a barrier, relax a hygiene rule or accept contact beyond what she has agreed.

Consent and Agreed Boundaries

Consent must be voluntary, informed, specific and ongoing. Agreement to an appointment does not automatically include consent to rimming, and consent to rimming does not create permission for any additional activity.

Either adult may:

decline the experience;
request the use of a barrier;
change position;
ask for a different pace;
establish an additional limit;
pause for a check-in;
withdraw consent; or
stop completely.

Consent may be changed or withdrawn after the appointment has been confirmed or after the experience has begun. Payment, physical arousal, silence or participation in a previous appointment must never be treated as continuing consent.

From a sex-positive therapeutic perspective, communicating a boundary is not a criticism or personal rejection. It is an expression of what someone requires to remain emotionally and physically comfortable.

A considerate client responds to a change of mind by stopping calmly, without bargaining, questioning or showing resentment.

Safewords and Clear Stop Signals

A formal safeword is not essential for every rimming experience, but an unmistakable communication system can help both adults feel more secure.

A traffic-light system may be used:

Green means the pace and contact feel comfortable.

Amber means slow down, make an adjustment or pause for a check-in.

Red means stop immediately.

Ordinary phrases such as “gentler,” “slower,” “pause” and “stop” are equally valid and must be respected without hesitation.

A non-verbal signal may also be agreed, such as raising an open hand, moving away or tapping the client a set number of times. This can be useful where the companion’s position makes conversation less convenient.

Body language should also be recognised. Becoming tense, pulling away, covering the body or attempting to change position should prompt an immediate pause, even when the agreed safeword has not been used.

Trust, Vulnerability and Emotional Comfort

Receiving rimming can feel particularly intimate because it involves a private and sensitive area of the body. The companion may experience vulnerability concerning appearance, hygiene, physical responses or the client’s ability to respect instructions.

A professional and non-judgemental approach allows consensual adult preferences to be discussed without shame. The experience should not be treated as a performance in which either person must prove confidence, experience or enthusiasm.

Trust develops when the client:

listens carefully to instructions;
respects the companion’s barrier policy;
communicates honestly about oral health;
avoids unexpected contact;
remains responsive to body language;
accepts adjustments calmly; and
stops immediately when asked.

The companion should also communicate her preferences clearly rather than expecting the client to guess what feels comfortable.

The additional £30 relates only to the agreed option. It does not purchase unrestricted access to the companion’s body or reduce her autonomy.

Hygiene and Preparation

Thorough personal hygiene can improve comfort, but washing cannot make oral–anal contact completely free from infection risk.

The companion may choose to shower immediately before the experience and may require the client to arrive freshly washed, with clean hands and good oral hygiene.

Preparation may include:

clean towels and bedding;
careful external washing;
clean hands;
short and smooth fingernails where touching is separately permitted;
avoiding strongly fragranced intimate products;
checking for cuts or sores around the mouth; and
disclosing any recent stomach illness or infection symptoms.

Harsh scrubbing, strong antiseptics and internal cleaning products can irritate sensitive tissue. They should not be treated as substitutes for barrier protection or responsible sexual-health decisions.

The companion remains free to decline the option when hygiene does not meet the conditions agreed beforehand.

Oral Health and the Client’s Responsibility

Because the client is providing oral contact, their oral health is relevant to the companion’s comfort and sexual-health decision.

The experience should be reconsidered when the client has:

an active cold sore;
unexplained mouth ulcers;
bleeding gums;
cuts around the lips or inside the mouth;
a significant sore throat;
recent dental treatment causing bleeding;
oral irritation; or
another possible infection.

The NHS advises that oral sex carries a risk of transmitting infections and that the risk may increase when either person has sores or cuts around the mouth, genitals or anus.

The client should not brush aggressively or floss immediately before the appointment if this causes their gums to bleed. Personal reassurance that someone is “clean” or “healthy” cannot replace barriers, current symptom awareness or the companion’s right to decline.

Sexual-Health Awareness

Oral–anal contact can expose participants to bacteria and viruses transmitted through faecal–oral contact. A very small amount of contamination may be sufficient for infection, even when it cannot be seen.

Potential infections include Shigella and hepatitis A. The NHS specifically identifies oral–anal sex as a possible route of hepatitis A transmission.

Shigella is highly contagious and may cause:

diarrhoea, which may contain blood;
stomach cramps;
fever;
nausea; and
vomiting.

Illness can range from mild symptoms to severe dysentery, and some people require hospital treatment.

Oral contact may also transmit certain sexually transmitted infections where infectious sores or affected skin are present. The absence of visible symptoms does not prove that no infection is present.

Dental Dams and Barrier Choices

A dental dam is a thin latex or polyurethane barrier placed over the anal area before oral contact. It reduces direct contact between the client’s mouth and the companion’s skin and can help lower the possibility of transmitting infections.

The companion may require a dental dam for every receiving-rimming appointment. This boundary must be respected without requests to remove the barrier.

A dental dam should:

be new and undamaged;
be positioned before contact begins;
cover the relevant area throughout;
remain on the same side;
not be moved between different body areas;
be replaced if it tears or slips significantly; and
be discarded after use.

A new barrier should be used for each separate activity. Dental dams can reduce direct exposure, but no barrier can guarantee that all infection risk has been eliminated.

The companion may decide not to proceed even when a dental dam is available, particularly where symptoms, broken skin or another concern is present.

When the Experience Should Not Proceed

Rimming should be postponed when either adult has symptoms that could affect health or comfort.

Reasons not to proceed may include:

diarrhoea or a recent stomach illness;
vomiting, fever or stomach cramps;
anal bleeding;
unexplained sores, blisters or ulcers;
painful irritation;
cuts or sores around the client’s mouth;
bleeding gums;
an active cold sore;
a recently diagnosed gastrointestinal infection; or
uncertainty about whether an infection has cleared.

Anyone who develops diarrhoea, blood in their stools, fever or stomach cramps after possible exposure should seek medical advice and mention the possibility of Shigella. UKHSA identifies rimming as a recognised route of sexual transmission.

Neither the client nor the companion should attempt to diagnose a symptom during the appointment.

Moving Between Activities

Where the appointment includes more than one intimate activity, hygiene precautions should be planned beforehand.

Hands should be washed thoroughly, dental dams and condoms should be replaced, and toys should be cleaned before moving from anal contact to the mouth, genitals or another participant.

A hand, barrier or toy that has contacted the anal area should not then touch another body area without suitable cleaning or replacement. UKHSA advises changing barriers and washing hands with soap after anal contact to reduce faecal–oral transmission.

Consent to receiving rimming does not include permission for the client to introduce their fingers, a toy or another activity unexpectedly.

The £30 Additional Charge

The £30 rimming-receiving supplement is charged in addition to the selected companion’s standard appointment rate.

The complete price may include:

the companion’s usual rate;
the £30 rimming supplement;
the selected appointment duration;
the London location;
travel expenses; and
any other arrangements confirmed beforehand.

The full amount should be agreed before the meeting. Paying the supplement does not remove a dental-dam requirement, guarantee direct contact or provide consent for any additional activity.

The companion may withdraw the option if a hygiene, health, comfort or consent concern arises. Any question concerning the £30 supplement should follow the booking terms agreed beforehand and must remain separate from her unconditional right to stop.

Privacy and Discretion

Preferences and relevant health information shared during an enquiry should be treated discreetly. Neither person should be pressured to disclose unnecessary details about previous partners, relationships or private sexual experiences.

Photography, video and audio recording require separate and explicit permission. Consent to receive rimming does not include permission to photograph, record, retain or distribute any part of the appointment.
