Rimming (Giving) £70

During a rimming-giving experience, the companion provides oral contact to the client. This is different from a companion who may be comfortable receiving rimming.

The precise experience may depend on:

whether a dental dam is required;
the companion’s preferred approach;
the pace and approximate duration;
positions that feel comfortable for both adults;
the client’s level of experience;
hygiene and preparation requirements;
any other forms of touch separately agreed; and
the boundaries established before and during the meeting.

The category does not automatically include penetration, fingering, toys or any other related activity. Each form of contact requires its own discussion and mutual agreement.

Discussing the £70 Option Respectfully

Rimming can be discussed openly and maturely without using demanding or unnecessarily graphic language. A respectful enquiry may simply ask whether the companion is currently open to considering the £70 rimming-giving option.

Before confirming the meeting, it may be helpful to clarify:

whether the option is currently available;
whether a dental dam will be required;
showering and hygiene expectations;
the client’s previous experience;

Consent and Agreed Boundaries

Consent must be freely given, informed, specific and ongoing. Agreement to an appointment does not automatically include agreement to rimming, and consent to rimming does not include permission for additional activities.

Either adult may:

decline the experience;
request barrier protection;
change position;
ask for a gentler approach;
introduce an additional boundary;
pause for a check-in;
withdraw consent; or
stop completely.

Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time, including after the appointment has been confirmed or the interaction has begun. Agreement to one activity should never be treated as agreement to everything else.

Physical arousal, silence, previous appointments or payment do not constitute permanent consent. The appropriate response to hesitation or withdrawal is to stop calmly without bargaining, criticism or pressure.

From a sex-positive wellbeing perspective, boundaries do not prevent intimacy. They create a framework in which both adults understand what has been accepted and can remain present without fear of their limits being ignored.

Safewords and Clear Stop Signals

A formal safeword is not essential for every rimming experience, but both adults should have an unmistakable way to communicate.

A traffic-light system may be used:

Green means the pace and contact feel comfortable.

Amber means slow down, adjust the approach or pause for a check-in.

Red means stop immediately.

Ordinary phrases such as “gentler,” “pause,” “give me a moment” and “stop” are equally valid and must be respected without hesitation.

A non-verbal signal may also be agreed, such as raising an open hand or tapping a surface a set number of times. This can be useful where positioning makes speaking less convenient.

Moving away, becoming tense or appearing uncomfortable should prompt an immediate pause. Silence or a lack of resistance should never automatically be interpreted as enthusiastic consent.

The companion may also feel vulnerable because she is placing her mouth close to an area associated with particular infection risks. Her hygiene and barrier requirements should therefore be treated as essential conditions rather than optional preferences.

Trust develops when both adults:

share relevant information honestly;
follow agreed instructions;
acknowledge hesitation;
avoid performance pressure;
accept changing boundaries calmly; and
know they can stop without criticism.

The additional £70 relates to an agreed appointment option. It does not purchase unrestricted access or reduce the companion’s autonomy.

Hygiene and Preparation

Thorough hygiene is important for comfort, although washing cannot make oral–anal contact completely free from infection risk.

The companion may ask the client to:

shower immediately before the appointment;
wash the external anal area carefully;
wear clean clothing;
provide clean towels;
avoid strongly fragranced products;
disclose any recent stomach illness; and
mention sores, irritation, bleeding or other symptoms.

Harsh scrubbing, strong antiseptics and internal cleaning products can irritate sensitive tissue. They should not be treated as substitutes for barriers or responsible sexual-health precautions.

The companion should remain free to pause or decline the experience when hygiene does not meet the conditions agreed beforehand. That decision should be accepted without argument or attempts to renegotiate the price.

Sexual-Health Awareness

Oral–anal contact can transmit infections when bacteria or viruses from faecal matter reach the mouth. NHS guidance identifies Shigella as a particular concern and explains that even a very small amount of infected faecal matter can cause infection.

Shigella is highly contagious and can cause diarrhoea, including bloody diarrhoea, stomach cramps and fever. More serious cases may require hospital treatment.

Rimming can also transmit hepatitis A, a viral liver infection spread through faecal contamination. The NHS specifically identifies oral–anal sex as a possible route of transmission.

Good hygiene may reduce visible contamination, but it cannot prove that direct oral–anal contact is free from risk. Shigella may be present on skin, hands, barriers or toys even where contamination is not visible.

Dental Dams and Barrier Choices

A dental dam is a thin latex or polyurethane sheet placed over the anal area before oral contact. It creates a barrier between the mouth and skin and can help reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections.

A companion may require a dental dam for every rimming appointment. This condition should be respected without attempts to negotiate direct contact.

A dental dam should:

be new and undamaged;
be positioned before oral contact begins;
cover the relevant area throughout;
remain on the same side;
not be transferred between body areas;
be replaced if it tears or moves significantly; and
be discarded after use.

A new barrier should be used for each person and separate activity. Dental dams can reduce direct exposure, but no barrier can guarantee that every possibility of infection has been eliminated.

When Rimming Should Not Proceed

The experience should be postponed when either person has a health concern that could affect safety or comfort.

Reasons not to proceed may include:

diarrhoea or a recent stomach illness;
vomiting, fever or stomach cramps;
anal bleeding;
unexplained sores, blisters or ulcers;
painful irritation;
cuts or sores around the mouth;
bleeding gums;
an active cold sore;
a recent gastrointestinal infection; or
uncertainty about whether an infection has cleared.

Cuts, sores and damaged skin can create additional opportunities for infection transmission during sexual contact.

Anyone who develops persistent diarrhoea, fever, stomach cramps or blood in their stools following possible exposure should seek medical advice and mention that Shigella may be relevant. Current UKHSA guidance identifies rimming as a potential route of Shigella transmission.

Moving Between Different Activities

When an appointment includes more than one form of intimate contact, hygiene precautions should be planned beforehand.

Hands should be washed thoroughly, barriers should be replaced and toys should be cleaned before moving from anal contact to the mouth, genitals or another person.

UKHSA advises avoiding oral contact immediately after anal activity, changing barriers and washing hands with soap to reduce the possibility of Shigella transmission.

A hand, toy or barrier that has touched the anal area should not then touch another body area without appropriate cleaning or replacement.

The £70 Additional Charge

The £70 rimming-giving supplement is charged in addition to the selected companion’s standard appointment rate.

The complete cost may include:

the companion’s usual appointment rate;
the £70 rimming supplement;
the selected duration;
the London location;
travel expenses; and
any other arrangements confirmed beforehand.

The full amount should be agreed before the appointment. Paying the supplement does not guarantee direct contact, remove a dental-dam requirement or provide consent for additional activities.

The companion may withdraw the option if a hygiene, health, comfort or consent concern arises. Any question concerning the £70 supplement should follow the booking terms agreed in advance and remain separate from her unrestricted right to stop.

Privacy and Discretion

Preferences and relevant health information disclosed during an enquiry should be treated discreetly. Neither person should feel pressured to reveal unnecessary details about previous partners, relationships or private sexual experiences.

Photography, video and audio recording require separate and explicit permission. Consent to rimming does not include permission to record, retain or distribute any part of the appointment.
