Hard Sports Experience – £100 Extra
Hard Sports is an adult-industry term for consensual sexual activity involving faeces. It is considered a higher-risk interest from a sexual-health and infection-control perspective, so it requires particularly careful communication, strict boundaries and an honest understanding of the possible health consequences.
The companions displayed within this category may be open to discussing a Hard Sports experience for an additional £100, subject to their individual preferences, health requirements and explicit confirmation. The supplement is added to the selected companion’s standard appointment rate and does not represent the complete cost of the meeting.
Appearing within this category does not guarantee that every Hard Sports request will be accepted. Each companion decides independently which, if any, forms of participation she is prepared to consider. She may impose strict conditions, refuse direct contact or decline the request entirely.
Discussing the Request Clearly
Hard Sports can mean different things to different people. It is therefore important to explain the proposed experience calmly and accurately before an appointment is accepted.
A respectful conversation should establish:
- the precise nature of the request;
- who will be participating;
- whether contact is visual, external or more direct;
- activities that are completely prohibited;
- hygiene and protective-barrier requirements;
- how the room and surrounding surfaces will be protected;
- the agreed stop words and non-verbal signals;
- what happens if either person becomes uncomfortable; and
- the complete appointment price.
Nothing should be introduced unexpectedly. The companion must have enough information to make an informed decision without being pressured, persuaded or presented with a different request after arriving.
Consent and Personal Boundaries
Consent must be voluntary, informed, specific and ongoing. Agreement to one carefully defined aspect of Hard Sports does not imply agreement to every related activity.
Either person may:
- reject a proposed form of contact;
- establish areas or actions that are prohibited;
- request additional protective measures;
- pause for cleaning or a check-in;
- use a safeword;
- alter the agreed arrangement; or
- stop the experience completely.
The additional £100 charge does not purchase unrestricted participation or remove anyone’s right to change their mind. Payment applies only to the specific experience that has been discussed and accepted.
A companion may withdraw her agreement before or during the appointment. This decision must be accepted immediately and without criticism, pressure or attempted renegotiation.
Understanding the Health Risks
Faeces can carry organisms capable of causing gastrointestinal illness and other infections. NHS guidance specifically identifies Shigella as a risk associated with faecal exposure during sexual activity. Only a very small amount of contaminated material may be sufficient to transmit the infection.
Potential symptoms of Shigella infection include severe diarrhoea, stomach cramps, fever and, in some cases, blood in the stool. Sexually transmitted Shigella remains a recognised public-health concern in England and can occasionally require hospital treatment.
Hepatitis A and other intestinal infections may also be transmitted through faecal–oral contact. The risk is not removed simply because contamination cannot be seen.
From a sexual-wellbeing perspective, no responsible description should present Hard Sports as risk-free. Both adults need to understand that barriers and hygiene may reduce exposure but cannot provide an absolute guarantee against infection.
Hygiene and Protective Measures
Hygiene expectations should be agreed before the appointment and followed carefully. Hands, reusable items and contaminated surfaces should not be allowed to transfer material to the mouth, eyes, food, drinks or another person.
Protective gloves and other appropriate disposable barriers may be required. They should be replaced whenever contamination could be transferred between people, body areas, objects or clean surfaces.
Oral exposure should be avoided because the principal transmission route for infections such as Shigella is faecal–oral contact. Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water is particularly important; alcohol hand gel should not be treated as a replacement where visible contamination may be present.
The companion may establish additional requirements concerning disposable coverings, towels, washing facilities and cleaning arrangements. The selected hotel or private venue must also be suitable, and its property should not be exposed to contamination or damage.
Safewords and Immediate Stop Signals
A clear communication system should be agreed before the experience begins.
A traffic-light approach may be used:
Green means the agreed arrangement remains comfortable.
Amber means pause, reduce the intensity or discuss a concern.
Red means stop immediately.
Direct phrases such as “stop,” “clean up” or “end the session” are equally valid. A simple non-verbal signal should also be established in case speaking becomes difficult.
A safeword does not make a high-risk activity medically safe. Its purpose is to ensure that either person can stop the experience immediately and without debate.
Trust, Dignity and Emotional Comfort
Hard Sports can involve vulnerability, embarrassment, power exchange or feelings that are difficult to predict in advance. Someone may feel comfortable discussing the fantasy but become uncertain when the appointment begins.
From a sex-positive therapeutic perspective, an unusual interest does not justify ridicule or shame. However, acceptance of a person’s interest does not require another adult to participate in it.
The companion should never be treated as an object, challenged to prove her willingness or pressured to exceed the limits she established. The client should also be able to discuss a lawful adult interest respectfully without humiliation.
Trust develops when both people are honest about their boundaries and accept that the experience may need to be changed, postponed or cancelled.
When the Appointment Should Not Proceed
The arrangement should be postponed when any participant has:
- diarrhoea or vomiting;
- stomach cramps or fever;
- unexplained gastrointestinal symptoms;
- anal bleeding;
- broken or irritated skin in a relevant area;
- a known intestinal infection; or
- recent exposure followed by signs of illness.
Anyone who develops persistent diarrhoea, fever, severe cramps or blood in their stool after possible exposure should contact an NHS service or sexual-health clinic and explain the relevant exposure honestly. Shigella symptoms can resemble food poisoning, so accurate information helps clinicians consider appropriate testing.
The £100 Additional Charge
The £100 Hard Sports supplement is charged in addition to the selected companion’s standard appointment rate.
The complete cost may include:
- the companion’s usual rate;
- the £100 supplement;
- the selected appointment duration;
- the London location;
- travel requirements;
- venue considerations; and
- any other arrangements confirmed beforehand.
The full price and exact boundaries must be agreed before the appointment is finalised. Payment never overrides consent or guarantees that the experience will continue when either person becomes uncomfortable.
