DT £30 Extra
DT (Deep Throat) Experience – £30 Extra
DT is an abbreviation for deep throat, a form of oral intimacy involving deeper contact with the mouth and throat. Some consenting adults may find the experience appealing because it can involve closeness, trust, vulnerability and an agreed sense of control or surrender.
The companions displayed within this category may be open to discussing DT for an additional £30, subject to their current preferences, experience and personal boundaries. The £30 supplement is charged on top of the selected companion’s standard appointment rate and is not the complete cost of the meeting.
Appearing within this category does not guarantee that DT will be available during every appointment. Each companion decides independently whether she feels comfortable accepting the request, what level of depth or intensity is suitable and which boundaries must be respected.
Discussing DT Before the Appointment
Clear communication is especially important because speaking may become difficult during the experience. Expectations, limits and stop signals should therefore be agreed before it begins.
A respectful discussion may cover:
- whether DT is currently available;
- who will control the movement, pace and depth;
- which positions feel comfortable;
- whether any physical guidance is acceptable;
- actions that are completely prohibited;
- protection and sexual-health preferences;
- a clear non-verbal stop signal; and
- the complete appointment price.
Consent to oral intimacy does not automatically include consent to DT. Physical guidance, holding the head or controlling movement should never be assumed simply because the option appears on a profile.
Consent, Control and Personal Boundaries
Consent must be freely given, specific and ongoing. The person performing oral intimacy should remain able to control her breathing, position, pace and ability to move away.
The additional £30 charge does not purchase unrestricted control or remove anyone’s personal boundaries. It applies only to the DT option that has been discussed and mutually accepted.
Either person may request a slower pace, change position, pause or stop completely. A previous agreement, confirmed appointment or additional payment never creates an obligation to continue.
Safewords and Non-Verbal Signals
A safeword or clear stop signal allows both adults to communicate outside the agreed dynamic. Since verbal communication may be restricted during DT, a non-verbal signal should also be established.
This might include:
- one tap to slow down;
- two taps to pause;
- raising a hand;
- releasing a held object; or
- another simple and unmistakable movement.
Both people must understand the signal and respond immediately. A stop signal must never be ignored for the sake of maintaining intensity or continuing the experience.
Comfort, Breathing and Physical Awareness
The gag reflex is a natural protective response, and its sensitivity differs between individuals. Coughing, gagging, watering eyes or needing to pause may occur and should be treated with care rather than criticism.
DT should never be approached as a test of endurance. Pain, panic, repeated coughing, breathing difficulty or an inability to move away are clear reasons to stop immediately.
A gradual pace and allowing the companion to control her movement can support comfort and communication. However, no technique or previous experience removes the need for ongoing consent and attentiveness.
Breath restriction is a separate, high-risk activity and must not be assumed or introduced as part of DT.
Trust and Emotional Awareness
For some adults, DT can feel emotionally intense because it involves vulnerability and a significant degree of trust. Others may find the physical sensation uncomfortable or prefer not to explore it at all. Both responses are valid.
From a sex-positive therapeutic perspective, the important consideration is whether the experience is mutually desired and approached without pressure, judgement or unrealistic expectations.
The companion should be treated as an active participant with her own emotions and limits—not as someone expected to perform simply because the option is listed or carries an additional charge.
Oral Health and Safer-Sex Considerations
Oral intimacy can transmit sexually transmitted infections. Protection preferences and sexual-health expectations should therefore be discussed before meeting.
Mouth ulcers, cold sores, bleeding gums, throat irritation, dental pain or recent dental treatment may affect comfort and suitability. Either person should feel able to postpone or decline the experience when symptoms or concerns are present.
Regular sexual-health screening and honest communication can help adults make more informed decisions. Anyone concerned about possible exposure or persistent symptoms should seek advice from an appropriate sexual-health professional.
The £30 Additional Charge
The £30 DT supplement is added to the companion’s normal appointment rate. The complete price may include:
- the companion’s standard rate;
- the £30 DT supplement;
- the selected appointment duration;
- the London location;
- applicable travel costs; and
- any other arrangements confirmed beforehand.
The total cost should be agreed before the appointment is finalised. Paying the supplement does not override consent or guarantee that DT will proceed if either person becomes uncomfortable.
